Here you’ll find my collection of poems; fragments of thought, feeling, and experience. Each piece carries its own tone and emotion, from quiet introspection to raw expression.
Expressing emotions has always been a challenge for me. Because of past trauma and my autism, it’s often difficult to take the spotlight and convey what I’m feeling. This not only socially, but also in finding the right words at the right time.
Poetry gives me the space to express myself freely and fully. Sometimes through a simple rhyme, sometimes through something deeper — it allows me to slow down, process what I feel, and communicate in a way I can’t manage in everyday conversation.
